Yes, very true. I know Starbucks have their own concept. Its just that I don’t like it because what’s the point if I go in, pay for the coffee and find no seats. I am not really concerned about their concept and culture, I am more focused on my personal experience, not others.

I found in all the outlets I have visited to offer free Wifi and yes people do sit long hours. I have seen students doing their homework and freelancers operating on their laptops. I believe it’s their concept/culture.
